Take the sunflower plant - which is native to our west coast - it makes up two ingredients in Surf+Slope, one being sunflower seed oil and the other a nature-derived functional obtained through non-ionic hydrolysis of sunflower seed oil.

20 of these 22 plants are native to North America (NA) or grow wild here now.

Introduced ages ago so they now grow wild here - know as naturalized.
